During these chapel services, students participate in corporate worship through music and hear a Bible‑based message designed specifically for their developmental stage. Chapel is an essential part of our holistic approach to education, helping cultivate spiritual growth and a shared-faith community.

High school students attend chapel twice a week and engage in a variety of spiritually-enriching experiences. These chapel sessions include:

– Life Groups — Small, student‑led Bible studies that align with the school’s annual spiritual theme.

– Split Chapel — Separate sessions for young men and young women, addressing topics relevant to their unique needs and experiences.

– Guest Speakers — Pastors, evangelists, Christian colleges, and camp representatives regularly share messages from God’s Word.

– Student‑Led Chapel — Once each semester, students take full leadership of the chapel service, guiding worship, teaching, and other elements.

– Seasonal Chapels — Special services centered around holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter, highlighting the significance of each through a biblical lens.

Together, these chapel experiences support students’ spiritual formation, leadership development, and understanding of how faith shapes everyday life.

Bible class is an essential part of each school day, providing students with meaningful opportunities to engage with Scripture and deepen their understanding of God’s Word. Students memorize key verses, explore foundational Bible stories, and learn practical ways to apply biblical truth in their daily lives. Each class begins with prayer, reinforcing our commitment to honor the Lord in all we do. Our Bible curriculum emphasizes application as well as understanding. We aim not only to teach what we believe, but also why we believe it—equipping students with the confidence and discernment needed to navigate real‑life challenges through the lens of Scripture. Developing a strong biblical worldview is central to this process. As students encounter the complexities of life, seeing the world through a biblical perspective empowers them to respond with wisdom, resilience, and faith. By grounding students in God’s truth, we prepare them to face life’s challenges with clarity, purpose, and the tools they need to walk victoriously.

Each semester, students in grades 7–12 participate in Spiritual Emphasis Week, a dedicated time designed to encourage spiritual growth and deepen their walk with Christ. Throughout the week, students attend daily chapel services featuring a special evangelist invited specifically for this event. In addition to chapel, students engage in daily prayer times, and the guest speaker visits several Bible classes to provide further teaching and encouragement. During the fall semester, the week concludes with Spiritual Emphasis Day, held at an off‑campus location. Students spend the day participating in multiple preaching sessions, large‑scale outdoor activities, and intentional times of fellowship, food, and fun.

Each year, our Spiritual Life Coordinators collaborate with school administration to establish a unifying spiritual theme that guides chapel services and Spiritual Emphasis Week. The theme includes a corresponding Scripture verse and is displayed throughout the school as a daily reminder. Students also receive themed wristbands to help keep the message at the forefront of their minds.

These themes serve as anchors for spiritual formation, encouraging students to reflect on biblical truth throughout the school year.

Our school counselor is available to students throughout the day, offering guidance and encouragement rooted in God’s Word. Whether students are navigating personal challenges or seeking wisdom for daily decisions, they receive compassionate, Scripture‑based support to help them grow spiritually and emotionally.
